So Star Wars fits all of these, Indy, LOTR. The best adaptations seem to be: multiple movies (3+), movies that are already out, movies that have a large ensemble cast and are usually featuring a group of characters doing something together (so co-op works). This brings up some interesting points about games adapted from movies, and timelines.
